-I am at law school.
-My room is about half the size of my room in Bexley, and I haven't shared a bathroom w/ this many people since debate camp junior year of high school.
-I got called on in my very first law school class (Contracts). "Why do you think the court chose not to reverse the trial judge on the findings of fact, when it's abundantly clear that this court doesn't believe the defendants' testimony?" I did well; no one got kicked out like in Legally Blonde, and I haven't met anyone really mean or obnoxious yet either.
-My reading assignments are much shorter than in college, but somehow they take a lot longer.
-Harvard serves great catered meals, and the napkins are colored crimson (what else?)
-My textbooks cost an obscene amount of money.
-Nick Lin from DDI is in my section. There are three other DDI '01 people in the 1L class (Craig Wickersham, Liang Dong, Bob Allen).
-I am not as bad at meeting people and talking to them as I thought I would be. There is a 1L party at the Hong Kong later on; I don't really want to go, but my sister says I have to...
