Oh no, Carrie, I'm so sorry! What was wrong with poor Keaf? She was the coolest dog ever! *good vibes, good vibes*

she was old. She had arthritis, a tumor in her shoulder, and had been recently diagnosed with an endocrine disorder. The she started urinating and pooping in the house, stopped eating well, and started tearing the garbage apart. She'd gone senile. Poor thing.

I'm so sorry, I know I'd be depressed for months if I had to put either of my dogs down. Can't wait to meet the new puppy though... How's Abby dealing with Jovee?

Abby gives her a grunt on occassion, but no real aggression. Jovee is not aggressive, she's simply gently playful and leaves Abby alone except for the occassional sniff. Since Keaf died, my blood pressure has remained high despite taking twice the normal amount of medication. This WILL TAKE MONTHS. But at least Jovee is a doll. She doesn't lick to show affection, instead she rubs her face against the side of your face...too cute!
