One of the more stupid LJ's here...

http://www.livejournal.com/community/wizardsforbush/

What makes me think was one comment that said: "how can someone unfriend you after discovering what political party you're going to vote for, how does that change the person you've always been" or something like it.

Well, to me, what political party you vote for DOES say something about who you are as a person. It has to.
It's way more than religion in that aspect because different religions have a lot in common and you can't always tell what religion a person have based on their opinions.

Jews, Muslims and Christians can be anti-gay and right wing...and they can also be liberals and tolerant. Or am I wrong?

But you can't be right-wing and fight for the same things as I do...if you are right-wing you will probably have a completely different outlook on life than what I have. Or am I wrong?

Is that a reason for not being friends? Perhaps not. Or perhaps it is?

I'm not sure...just spouting out some thoughts here.
I guess what really pisses me off is just how people can't see that gay rights is about human rights and that it's IMPORTANT!
