I can't wait for my current job to end. Seriously. I don't know why, but we've always seemed to get the worst managers at work. I can only think of 4 out of the many that have been there absolutely amazing, because they didn't cause grief. Yesterday, I seriously wanted to punch my manager. Him and another one both tend to treat us, their employees, as just plain IDIOTS.
"I know!" That's all I wanted to tell him yesterday. "I know!"
Whenever you ask them a question that you already know the answer to, they become very condescending and treat you like a 5-year-old. The only reason I EVER ask is to satisfy the customers who come into the store who refuse to believe the store policy. So, I call them to ask so the customers can walk their asses out of the store and stop bothering me.
And then my managers go on and on about how we do things, why we do it that way, yadda yadda yadda. STFU already! >_< I'm not an idiot. Don't treat me like one! I. KNOW.
It's so much easier to let them talk than start up shit. We don't need any more problems than we already have.
I want to find a new job, but since I live in redneck county, the only jobs around here are more retail jobs or waitressing. :(
