New art: Fifth year Ron
Well, aren't I on a role lately? So - my first (uploaded) piece of HP art.
Title: Fifth year Ron
Character(s): Ron, obviously. :)

Notes: I wanted to capture Ron's insecurities in this piece, as in fifth year Ron has a really tough time of it, before (thankfully) thinking to himself: "You can do this!" and amazing everyone. :D Aaah... my favourite character, always has been. Tried to be faithful to canon, with the long-limbed, long-nosed, big hands and feet and freckles (but the dratted scanner didn't pick them up too well..). Sketched this while staying up late one night talking. Part of sketch series I'm doing.
And, for the record... I don't think in canon Hogwarts students would have uniforms, as they aren't mentioned on the school list. But I liked the aesthetic qualities of designing them, and it's a good way to show someone's character, I think, by how differently they react to uniformity. :)
