You need a torrent client for those (BitTorrent, uTorrent, etc.; I liked uTorrent the best). Once you have a client, it's pretty simple.

Ahh, I see. I can get them to work, but they're not my favorite format for several reasons, so I think I'll either do the same or play Pokemon Dream World until it's online somewhere. xD
