Today was a success....
......For a few good reasons.
The most important and immediately noteworthy of these would be that I finally got a new cell phone. And not just any new cell phone. A free new cell phone! When I finally accepted the inevitable and forced myself to make the dreaded trip to the cingular store, one of the sales representatives overheard me explaining my predicament to his co-worker and was all too kind as to give me a spare old cellphone that he just happened to have lying around without any use for. Actually though, old is a bit of an understatement, and it sounds so negative at that. So let's say instead that I am now the proud owner of a collector's edition vintage Nokia. Seriously. This is the phone that my mom had 4 years ago. But it works fine and really isn't any bigger than my last one. Kind of long though. Plus, it has really bitchin' old skool ring tones that I've always secretly missed in the shiny new hi-tech cell phones. But anyway, if you ever want to hear my voice again, then you should really call me, or email me with your phone number or something, because when my old cellphone got stolen, so did all my phone numbers, and I swear I don't remember a single damn one of them.
