I can't get a normal phone

You honestly can't get a phone these days that doesn't come with crack built in. I'd like a smart phone but I'm sitting back and watching what it does to people. The level of communication it brings us to, except in a few rare cases, is border line on idiotic. Do you have to respond that fast to EVERYTHING? I went in to check to see if I could get a phone with just a texting plan, nothing else, no bells or whistles just because my phone is still in the midst of falling apart and in a rather unique state.
Hoooo boy. You can't. People simply don't understand. Textless phones are the lepers of the electronic world. Just like those without facebook these days have become the lepers of social networks. Anyone want to start a club for writing LETTERS and mailing them out to people? Has anyone seen a hand written letter? Do you know what a pen and paper are? I swear in another 10 years lined paper and pens will be in the Smithsonian and studied for tests rather than used.
I'm sorry I'm just fussy cause I'm up early and out of chai.
