Everyone at work is being so sweet about the news that I'm leaving. I have really good coworkers, and I've managed to make a place for myself even though I haven't been here all that long.
The Dean of the School just stopped by to say she's really sad to lose me. She half jokingly asked if they could convince me to stay, before offering her support in whatever's next and letting me know she'd be having a going away party.
It's great. Not making it easier to go.
