1/4 avocado
juice of 1/2 grapefruit
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp water
1 tsp olive oil
pinch powdered ginger
pinch black pepper
Blender, water as needed for consistency
Delicious. (And ~20 calories per tablespoon.) I am not posting pictures because I used balsamic vinegar, so it is a very unattractive color. Next time I will use rice wine vinegar. There will definitely be a next time.
