I'm now, or will be, a resident of Royal Oak. Got the apartment, got the keys, got the electricity, got the lady friend and now just have to start sleeping there, which will probably be starting Saturday.

So's you know.

Thanks! I fully intend to be your Kramer. Too bad it will be a 4/5th of a mile walk, as opposed to just sliding across the hallway.

We're in Amber Oak. We had looked at Creek, but we really wanted wood floors. Looks like you and I will finally get to have our Tom Goes to the Mayorathon after all!

And coincidentally, I'm also planning on applying to Entertainment for some of their many open positions in Troy, but keep forgetting. Would you suggest I go ahead and apply (meaning you aren't planning on quitting because you hate the place)? I don't care what type of work I can get, just as long as it is close by (I want to minimize my driving and live green[er]).

That, sir, is one sexy elephant coffee table.

There's a dead kid in the water behind my grandmother's house and it's freaking me the fuck out.

Why thank you.

That usually does not bode well for the neighborhood.

They found him across the river on the Sugar Island side earlier today. It's sad that he died and all, but can you imagine how much it would suck to be the guy who found him? I mean, not like search and rescue guys, just random guy out fishing or swimming and BAM! Dead kid all up in your shit.

Kinda' makes me want to write. Does that make me an awful person?
