New Work Out Regime

Oh livejournal how i have missed thee! Will make this one short. Have been exercising & eating better the past month! Only have lost 5lbs so far but my endurance has sky rocketed!! I don't always make the gym at night but every Monday-Friday from 5-6pm I power walk/job 1.5 miles, do 25 jump in jacks, 20 push ups and end the work out but going up & down the stairs in my 3 floor building 10 times each way! Been looking for people to join me at Rouse & University for this but no takers so far!
