I was sitting in the dining hall early today, because I was unaware that my morning class had been cancelled. Shafer has several plasma screen TVs that are usually set to ESPN. The closed captioning isn't always up, so it's often interesting to try and figure out what's going on. A commercial came up that made my day, however.
This goth/metal girl is trying to hail a cab, but it drives right by her to pick up some business woman. Instead of getting in, the woman yells for the girl to come over and lets her get in the cab.
Maybe it was the fact that I had woken up early for no reason, or that I'm just a constantly bitter, awful person, but that was uplifting, goddammit.
