Thanks to the people who commented with support during my recent relapse/s. I appreciate it always, and will return comments probably tomorrow. CFS /schedule compromises many things. Currently cleaning a bucket with terrible brain strain, heart pain/probs, and sharp back pain comes back, so there is no getting away from this.
