My library, record collection, and photo archives (and family xmas stuff) is at CubeSmart ... not had any problems with them.

That's encouraging. Looks like they are next least expensive around here. Probably a little more expensive nearer Chg.
I'll set that up. Last place is demanding $64 "late" payment. So, overall storage locker budget will already be too high at start.
