Forget the day - With Sina!

May 13, 2023 18:16

I think her last name might be Watts?  She's got groove.  I want to marry her.  But I don't think I have a chance, with all those famous musicians surrounding her.  Here she does a cover of Boston's, "More Than A Feeling," which she deems, "one of my all time favorite classic Rock tracks." That's cool, because I love it sooo much, too. I especially love to sing to it, and reach the high - and highest notes! In fact, I sang along to this video a bit, and was happy that my voice was as clear as a bell, despite the stress and exertion I have been going through, lately. Here she is, a number of years ago. She is now officially a phenomenon!

In describing her musical background, she mostly features all the amazing musicians who have been in her life!

It must have been nice to have had a family who loved music; and be surrounded by such talent; and to have access to the musical instruments; the electronics and the studios, and all the opportunities in the world! Some people are so lucky, but it's great when the ones who deserve it are the lucky ones. Reminds me of how a great environment incubated and cultured the genius of the now-famous Akiane Kramarik.

I don't remember much culturing in my past. I mainly remember oatmeal and sitting on top of hot air vents. And when we moved to this annoying city, that pretty much put the nails in the coffin of my chance to shine. Like a diamond.

Here is a trailer for her album and project, "Chi Might" (2016)...

I noticed that her web site seemed to go dormant in 2019, and feared she might have been a victim of the bioweapon/s, but she is still going strong on YouTube!

Here's her web site.

Her YouTube channel.

'sup wid me? - I spent the morning trying to escape the stress evoked by neighbour, plus the wine. I don't think most people can conceptualise the massive stress that my body experiences. I didn't come here for this.

I did make an Aldi order, earlier, and it arrived at about 1:pm, my time. The delivery lady, (w/ a male friend), laughed and said she loved the sign on my door, "Beware Of Flying Monkeys."

I said, "You can't be too careful! They're everywhere!"

As she handed me one paper bag full of cans, she apologised for having broke one of th handles.

I said, "That's OK. I don't eat the bags."

Laugh laugh.

The main reason for this order was to stock up on my mainstays: Sunflower seeds and potatae. They were out of sunflower seeds. (Usually, this means they are hiding in the storage room). And they were out of the bag of assorted potatae, which I chose because it was the least expensive, this time.

Happily, a bigger bag of russets showed up, anyway. I had requested no replacements for anything. So this lovely woman registered me as buying the assorted bag, at the lesser price!

And - The 2# bag of tilapia, mainly for my dog, looked like it was out of stock, but it showed up, too.

(I wonder if my dog's problem is mercury poisoning from all the fish I give him).

And - She also threw in a big jar of salsa for free!

Just had two delicious Brussels Sprouts. Leave it to Aldi's to have the best Brussels Sprouts. They have great produce and also live near Belgium. Let's see... It's a bag of not-frozen gigantic sprouts... "Freshire Farms," (an Aldi brand).

They were out of their extra firm tofu. This is great stuff, to salt, and eat without cooking, as a healthy snack! They have such great tofu because Germany and Japan were once allies. Still are, theoretically. But if their soldiers eat too much tofu, they will grow bazookas.

And the enemy will get extra firm.

See you later.
