Success.

My latest batch of chips not only taste superb, they are crunchy!  (I was beginning to think that crunchy might not even be possible).  This batch had no extra garlic or onion powder sprinkled on - (soaking in the ACV was enough, and contained a little garlic as well).  Just salt, mainly.  And, this time, the chips had been sprinkled with Parmesan.  Excellent.  The next batch will be the same, but with Italian herbs and a little onion.  They are now in the dehydrator.

If I found a way to slice the potatoes thinner and consistently, I could go into business selling these things!  (As it is, I want to make some as snacks for my dog, but would first have to peel the potatoes.  Peels are toxic to dogs).  I am also going to start dehydrating healthy turkey hot dogs, as a snack for dog.  If that works out, I'll do some more.  Good to have preservative-free meat around, for a lifetime, since meat is beginning to be laced with the toxic GMO "vaccines," believe it or not.  Meat that has been altered overseas, and imported to the USA, where it is slaughtered, can be labelled both, "non-GMO," and, "made in the USA!"  All the lies!  We need to build an ark against the flood of lies.

food - potato chips, food - preserving
