Too ill to talk to, today.  Dog got a big morning dinner, but he continues with a sluggishness and absent-mindedness.  Once I was able to get up and move around, there he was, putting himself in my way.  And not responding when I talk to him.  I wish I could give him more food.  I've been doing the best I can.  Using a lot of eggs for him, since

Things just seem so crazier now than when they used to be. I'm tired of the name calling and people not telling the truth about things. Why can't there be an actual adult conversation about things without calling names to another, regardless of views? Why can't acts of governing be toward the good instead of lining one's pockets?

Last year at my son's school they offered "free school lunch and breakfast" all year. There was a vote a while back and here we are now back where we started. Where did that money go? While my family can afford to buy school lunch, there are so many families that cannot.

I would love people who CAN make changes in government actually SIT DOWN and talk about things. Let's talk about healthcare and childcare and the cost of insulin. Let's talk about mental health training for the police, educators, etc. Let's have an actual talk about sex-ed and let our children know safe ways to have it(because abstinence doesn't work), let's have a class for women so they know their bodies( like how a baby is conceived, what your period feels like, etc) and let's have some type a class for gun safety. This country was meant to be forever changing.
