It's great how my last SNAP grocery purchase was somehow able to afford a turkey, many cans of mostly beans, a jar of cashews and a box of keto bars, the latter (one of) which I am having now w/ coffee.  I remember from my dreams: I had cancer in the liver and kidneys, I believe it was.  Also, my dog stood up to another dog.  And my dog and I also ran around Sonoran Desert, which was cold and covered in snow.  He drank from a little fresh water stream coming up from the ground.  It was nice to see him as his old, younger self, spry and bold.  No he's more avoidant and stubbourn.  I'm working on a night music post  but getting distracted.
