It's ironic, the irony never stops, and they can't process irony. Biden spoke in Philly. The cost of electricity in Philly rose 11% in just one week. And the sea level will rise 11 feet in Miami. I'm an equal opportunity thinker.
I once walked the streets of Philadelphia, including the area around Independence Hall, many times. (Didn't grow up in Scranton though. Actually, I don't think Biden did, either). That was an important time in my life, and living in Philly did influence me. From reading the tombstones and monument inscriptions, to ending up paralyzed and homeless in its blighted bowels. One thing I realised was that just about everyone who had ever claimed to love me was a liar. I mean to say, all the promises were not real.
Mark Levin also haunted the cobbled streets of Old Town, as well. I may be posting a little of him soon.
It's interesting to watch who's tracking my journal. When I make a somewhat taboo post, something like, "The underwear isn't wearing any president," then my journal gets a visit from Rockville, Maryland. Rockville, Maryland is a fairly uneventful, 67,000 population suburb of Washington, DC, basically. Nothing to note, there, except that Steny Hoyer lives there. Steny Hoyer is the number two House Democrat behind Speaker Pelosi. Once House Majority Leader, he has been deeply involved in intelligence and security issues. I thought he was once the leader of the House Intelligence Committee. If he was, that info has since been scrubbed on Wikipedia. The info that he lives in Rockville has also been scrubbed.
"Hoyer, he’s a shark who never sleeps … He’s a shark with a killer disposition,” Missouri Democrat Emanuel Cleaver, a senior Black Caucus member, told Politico. But, he’s also brought home the bacon and also is a respected voice on defense and foreign policy who has worked to ensure passage of the annual homeland security, intelligence and defense authorization bills. - source

Most of the time, soon after someone in Rockville visits my journal, someone in Herndon, Virginia visits my journal. These two people are, apparently, my biggest fans. Which is very odd. Because Herndon, Virginia is also an otherwise uneventful subrb of Washington, DC. But, wait, Herndon features a lot of defense and intelligence agency offices and businesses. The Center for Innovative Technology, (sold in 2020), contains the DOD Defense Intelligence Agency, although that info has been scrubbed on Wikipedia, too. Regarding that campus:
"The building itself is absolutely beautiful. The technology? Not so much. Innovation. Not at all... Now I'm sure from all the security, like having to be buzzed in to the parking area, that there is great (and very cool) work being done in the tall building on the grounds by the companies housed there. However, there is a "public" space in the shorter building where companies rent out classrooms or the auditorium for events that is almost comical for how technologically backwards it is." - source
I also get visits from WDC, proper, as well as from a city called, "United States," which I never knew there was a city called, "United States," but I am new to your country. These visitors flock to visit when I post something like, "I am running from president!" Because that's a phrase that could imply two things, both very threatening to our democracy.
Of course, these days, all of you are being monitored, to some degree. I just happen to be a little more special than the average mark. Not like I am top priority, or anything. More like, they are monitoring everyone everywhere, so it doesn't take much to show a little more prominently on their extremely paranoid radar screen. This is what we pay them for, after all.
So, I thought it was particularly charming that, today, after nominal president Biden's demonic rant, and my subsequent post(s), Rockville showed up, visiting, "Wisdom Is The Retention Of Innocence Through Adversity," but... Not only that... This time, I wasn't transferred from Rockville to Herndon. This time, I was transferred from Rockville to Wilmington, Delaware, where I am sure fearless Manchurian candidate enjoyed a nice cup of Joe and sketched out his plans for the week on a cat's head.
Welcome aboard, Delaware! Bastard sister of the town that Pitt and Franklin built.
