Gonna fall.
Bad brain all day, possibly due to aspirin. Have not come down w/ COVID, but did get a deep cold sore on my lip. Since that is probably a herpes virus, I took a lot of lysine, w/ no improvement. Just hoping that it isn't, instead, the entry point of COVID. I was on a crowded bus with no mask. Since I am still trying to recover from that exertion, (CFS), most of you know that my commenting will be unreliable. And it seems as soon as I start catching up on comments, I am eager to do the next exertion project - mowing, or whatever. It's a cruel, cruel summer. Did manage a bath today, which made me collapse for an hour or two.
Also started latest kombucha batch. And cooked frozen little gf pizza. Since I can't use the oven or a convection toaster, I cooked it on the stove, covered by a deep pizza dish. Thought it would work better than the last time I tried this, but it worked worse. Bottom of crust was solid crunch, top of crust was mushy, and so all the toppings, including sausage, did not cook well, if at all. For this reason, it is possible that I will die soon.
I watched a movie last night, just on a whim, and because I was too awake. "Airheads." An odd, star-studded yet awkwardly cast movie about a rock band that take over a radio station. Pre-911, so completely unrealistic by today's standards. Strange mix of TV formulas, 1980's hyper-hype, and 1990's reality movie. I think this bad movie might actually have been improved if it had early 1993 Nicolas Cage starring in it. You will be amazed by all the stars.
I watched it because...
1 - After accidentally coming upon it, I wanted to watch early Adam Sandler, who was somewhat like Sarah Silverman in this movie.
2 - A few years ago, I decided to watch all movies about Rock and Roll, bad or good.
3 - A few years before that, I decided to study how the 1990's became the 1990's, and how that decade progressed.
I am glad I watched it. It's better than it's ultra-low scores. It's OK to watch, if you're in the mood for it. I watched it on a site which usually flips you into ads and other tabs a lot, but not this time. To get it to full-screen, you have to use your screen menu / mouse click screen.
