I stand with women’s rights. And ya, most of the time, I don’t think men really should get an opinion on that - but especially not make laws preventing us or even hindering us from making decisions about our own body.
The thing is, lots of women who have been pregnant are for right to choose, too. That’s the thing with choice - it works on an independent level. No need for someone else’s preference to effect another’s in such an individual matter.
We have so many other forms of birth control that abortions should not be one of them. I do believe for those who do need them (rape, incest, life of mother in peril, fetus non-viable etc.) it needs to be as painless emotionally as possible because you know those women have already been through the wringer coming to that conclusion.
