Shredding Liberty
The stress of this eventuality has been high, because of the CFS. I have been trying to sleep more, to push back fatigue. In the first two days, I was feeling fear and consternation. This morning, I feel sadness and consternation. Why would anyone kick a tenant like me out? Or not even find out who I am? I've been stable here for 7+ years, whereas people around here turnover every 6 months. No one's called the police on me. Rent always on time. I've been inspiring the neighbourhood to improve, helping to boost home values.
I was a triple major at a top-10 public university. I live above a psycho who owes Chicago $6,000+ dollars, Colorado $40,000, and has been banging on the walls late at night knowing I have CFS. BECAUSE I have CFS. And - I have CFS! Everybody in the neighbourhood likes me, except for the insanely jealous A-hole Guy - (who may have bought the house). I shovel the snow diligently every winter. I have been mowing the lawn and tending to the garden for free!
The former owner took no responsibility for this house. He didn't even enquire further when I proposed that I buy the house. The LL, (management company lady), could have prevented this by dealing with the man downstairs. She ends up walking through my house w/ the new real estate agency's photography, insulting me, and snickering aside, "Too much stuff, hee hee!" Has she recommended me to them in ANY way?!
This action reminds me of Biden's stupid move in Afghanistan. Set an arbitrary, political date for withdrawal and, after that, all Americans there be damned. (Meanwhile saying, "No one is, 'stranded'!" and, "Any American who WANTS to leave will be brought back." People so contaminated by lies they don't know what human life is. They despise, or are jealous of, how humanity may exalt itself. And it reminds me of many people in this neighbourhood. Not a real care for one another. Basing their moves on hate and petty competition. And most - of the wealthier people controlling them - buying and selling them - leaving them to fight amongst themselves, who are, nonetheless, cut of the same cloth.
We are still in a pandemic, but the governor has lifted the ban on evictions. And so, soon, there will be a swarm of evicted people looking for apartments. People who haven't been paying their rent. People for whom I have advocated, and with whom I have walked amongst.
For no reason, I will be competing with them just to stay alive.
