Latest: Idiot downstairs was waiting for me in front of my porch steps, telling me he was going to fight me. So I went back inside and called the police. 911 had me wait inside until cops got here. Meanwhile, idiot is out shooting his mouth off about me as if it's my fault.
You understand that he has been banging on the walls since he got here. Letting him convince you that he has justification for doing this is really irresponsible. I've gone into detail about him constantly reinitiating the problem. I'm wearing noise-cancelling headphones, money out of my pocket. My health has been damaged by this. My dog has had issues because of this. I'd like to ask you why have you not evicted him? Why are you playing into his hot air, and regarding this as an issue where both parties are equally to blame?
The cops said they would arrest this guy if he again initiated contact like this. I heard he called you about my music. As you know, the more he bangs, the more I turn up the music. And it STOPS HIMS. But the main reason the music goes up is so I can drown out his bangs. I have a serious stress-reactive illness, of which you are aware.
He blathered to the police that I have turned my music up in response to his cleaning, which you know is a lie. He waits until he thinks I am asleep and then he BANGS, in retaliation for nothing. For me talking to my dog, or whatever. Seriously. This guy is nuts. Do you realise he is delinquent on taxes to Colorado for $40,000? Self-righteous narcissistic jackass.
And he yelling to the police that I have an unregistered dog with no tag, like he knows everything. And this is another complete lie. To the police. And he doesn't bat an eye. Don't you see it, by now? I've never seen someone so full of lies.
Anyway, you really need to deal with this. It never ends. Every time I return to a normal, quiet life with my dog, again comes the BANGING when he thinks I am asleep. Please recognise this is a disturbed individual.
I am tired of this, and I am tired of being treated as if I'm part of the problem. Every new incident from him is another count against you and your company.
