1) What are you doing this spring that you weren't doing 1 year ago?
Looking forward to the future. Eating a lot of fish. Getting ready to mow this place's lawn. Using Instacart. Really expanding my music library. Ripping movies. Drinking (fermented) green/turmeric and carrot/ginger juices. Buying more online. Saving more. Not going into shock because of the downstairs man's BANGING. Not worrying about SNAP, Medicaid or SSI applications. Not walking to Aldi's, etc. Reaching a higher level of relationship and understanding with my dog.
2) What pandemic precautions are you still taking?
When I walk somewhere, or receive packages, I have one of those hard white dust masks ready. When I am in a store, etc., I still wear an N95. I am still careful of surfaces, and so I wash hands, etc.
3) What's a safety rule that's very important to you?
Carry my flashlight when I walk down the tracks and it's getting dark. Try to keep food and Kombucha away from mould or grey water. Take C, Zinc, high-does D, lysine, B6, etc., etc. Don't let my dog pull me down the steps in the rain. Unplug an electrical device before I mess with it. Don't advertise my personal info online. Assume everyone has chlamydia.
4) What plants are blooming where you live?
Plants don't really bloom - flowers do. Crocus. Lilac. Queen Annes lace. Day Lily beginning. I'm sure Service Berry is happening somewhere. Soon: Apple, Plum, Cherry.
5) What was your most memorable summer job?
I had several of them. Worked as a cashier and usher in a movie theatre - free movies, popcorn and girls. Worked at a sub shop with a cute little stoner girl. Phone, census, city directory, canvasing, political jobs. Met CD-Rom Emmanuel at one of these. I've met lots of famous people. Took a truck down to Missouri, picked up a bunch of watermelons, tried to sell them along the highway with my brother. Worked cooking, prepping pizza, busing. It's all a blur.

1. When did you most recently find money?
Spring 2020. I was walking up to the F%F entrance, after donning my protective gear, and dollar bills showed up, skipping towards me. This was when I was thinking about the North Korean scheme to dump counterfeit U.S. currency on the country - and how these could be laced with coronavirus.
2. When have you lost something and got it back because someone submitted it to a lost-and-found?
If this ever happened, I don't remember it. And I have lost a lot of things.
3. What did you discover about yourself at your favorite place of employment?
That I am hot, entertaining and desired by all.
4. What was the last thing you peeled?
Avocado? I guess I have structured my life in such a way as to completely eliminate the need to peel.
5. What was the last gift you unwrapped?
Clothes. Most of which I had to return. Kohl's never sent me a refund or even responded. Would have been about $150.
