shake a leg

While I look for the actual lease, to check if it says anything about daily dog-poop pick-up, etc., I will let you read this email to my LL, before sending it later this evening. If you think it is too harsh, or too soft, of whatever, please let me know. (I am posting this publicly because there might be one or two people who know me who might actually be interested. If my LL had any internet acumen, she'd have found my LJ by now, so maybe she's getting a preview, special edition).

Now that I am pulling out of the via-vet relapse, I am immediately compelled to tidy, clean, and look towards moving, however that might happen. I have decided this place is absolute BS. And I am going to describe how and why, eloquently, in Yelp, and so on, when I get out of here.

Please make this my new email for yous. My PPC server has changed DNS IPs and their email is no longer reliable.

I have been very ill for several days, after walking my dog to vet and back.

After [A-hole Guy]'s latest unwarranted attack on me/dog, he finally believed me when I said my dog was not causing any problem, so he fist-bumped me with a big, "I'm sorry." Later, that day, he cut deeply into this lawn, killing grass, kicked off the gutter downspout., and did various niggly things. I am telling you this to illustrate that this guy is just not right. And it will be appropriate to bar him from the property.

However, in his latest mow, he kept clear of this property, causing no problems, finally aware that he had actually apologised, for being wrong. I guess it takes a little time. So, with this guy, it wouldn't work to bar him during a conciliatory phase, because he wouldn't see the connection, and would likely want to keep causing problems. It would be better to bar him immediately after he goes into another destructive phase, so he sees it as a consequence of his actions.

I will let you know the next time he causes trouble on this property. Until then, here is the information:

[A-hole Guy / address]
(the police are able to find his phone #)

This information comes via [Assessor's office].

He was on contract at [Next door], which is now up for sale. If [A-hole Guy] is now living elsewhere, his new address should be found via that sale #, [phone #], and via these folks, who know him well:

[neighbours / address / phone]

I'd like to know what kind of storage space you have available. I am looking for something at least accommodating a car, and possibly something twice as large. If the only location is at that spot nearby your office, I will mention that I have concerns over safety there. (Any other locations?)

Btw - Your little mower guy came by, again a day early, laughing and throwing shit on the public sidewalk. He broke our agreement to mow on Fridays, and was yelling that he was going to charge me for any dog shit found. This is the crap you have working for you.

Our explicit agreement was that I clean up every few days. Twice a week. I did what I could to accommodate the mower, but this town seems to crave dysfunction.

PS - your buddy downstairs has been banging on the walls at 11pm, 6am, etc. (A continuing violation of the lease). 'Happilly', I spent money on noise-cancelling headphones, which prevent the shocks from triggering an autonomic cascade and, so, a CFS relapse. But they are a bitch to wear in bed, and my dog has nothing to protect him, as he sleeps on the floor. Contrary to your advertisement, this whole setup has proved to be a seriously hostile environment for dogs.

Note: Cleaning is not so easy, as the heat rises, and w/ my new vision problem. I need to do as much as possible. Before the next relapse.
