It looks like my experiment to make Kombucha from scratch worked. I tasted it, despite the things growing in it, and it tastes just right. And I didn't get sick. Nevertheless, I am going to buy some 2-for-1 bottles of store Kombucha drink, until I build up my own supply. I recommend Kombucha drink - ginger or pomegranate. The only problem I have with it is the sugar. So, this, and $, is why I am making my own.
I have been drinking my regular big-batch tea lately, in the morning, and it is too intense - it is causing my CFS problems. This is mainly why I haven't been posting worth shiitake.
