Maybe Chinese people are waking up to gluten-free?  Nah...  I heard some story about Chinese people rebelling against cheese or something.  Well, everyone knows that, as China has advanced into Western cultural depravity, they have acquired a fondness for all things dairy, (and will soon die of American diseases, of course, in addition to death by heavy-metal poisoning).  Wisconsin has been seeing a great boom in dairy sales to China, especially in powdered milk, yum yow.  Now, what I don't understand is this: How can the Chinese be so infatuated with dairy consumption when they are almost all lactose-intolerant - can you answer me that?  Boy they must be having some terrible times over there.
