I ran 7 miles today. It's beautiful outside. Nice 50 minute run. That's about a what?... 50/7... 7.1426... minus 7... x60...8.57... so... a 7:09 min/mile. WHOA! that can't be right. No wonder I was friggin exhausted when I finished. I did the first 33 minutes on an out-and-back to Glover & Green from Allen. This was with my friend Ali. The she stopped and I continued to 1st & Peabody. My god it is gorgeous out today.
