Ups and downs
My knee was all sorts of pain this morning I think due to the cold because one of the horrible horrible terrrrible dogs managed to push the door open to come inside to sleep. I couldn't bend or unbend my knee with out it popping in dreadful agony.
I also tripped while cutting through a front yard while delivering phonebooks. I managed to some catch my self in almost a mid pushup position before I would have fallen face first into some dog shit, a mere inchs away from my face.
I don't think I've ate anything yet.
