You ever encounter something that is, at worst, a minor inconvenience but for some unknown reason it fills you with totally irrational anger?
Yeah, that's me this morning. The cafeteria staff inexplicably moved the sweeteners and creamers away from their spot right next to the coffeepots and over to the registers, which is not really near the coffeepots. I can see no logical reason for this move and it's just inconvenient when you're trying to fix your cup of coffee.
I know. How can I bear to go on with such tragedies as this? I said it was irrational anger. I wasn't kidding.
Thanks so much for all the great book recommendations yesterday. I think I will challenge convention and actually read a book I already have that I haven't read before I go charging off to acquire yet more books. I still haven't read Carlos Ruiz Zafon's second book, I'm still working on Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, and I want to read "House of Leaves." That'll keep me going for awhile.
