Ergo propter hoc
So I've picked up my cross-stitching again after a several year hiatus. The hiatus occurred when I made a counting error and didn't know where it had happened, which just put a big old speed bump in front of me.
During our grand Lord of the Rings marathon I picked up the stitching again and started up, and soon discovered where I'd made the error, which I then corrected, so we're off to the races. Now naturally I need something to look at while I stitch, and hey what's this? My brand-new West Wing Complete Series DVD boxed set ought to last me awhile.
I love this show. I hadn't seen the opening season in quite some time. I just cried (again) at the Christmas episode where Toby arranged the military funeral for the homeless vet who had his coat on when he died of exposure. And I'd forgotten how annoying Mandy was. Thank goodness they realized her character had no purpose and cut it from the show.
