Eye often does that when overly tired. If in the last days/weeks you have spent too much time in front of computer, or reading, or staring at something, etc. - that's how the eye reacts.
You can try putting some cotton pads soaked in lukewarm camomile infusion for few minutes on your closed eyelids, and/or try one of the yoga resting techniques (the best way to do this is if you have a window to look from): focus your look on a close object (like, the next building, tree, but on the straight line of looking, not downside, like parking lot or something), keep your look for few seconds focused there, and then change the focus on something in the furthest visible distance, again keeping few seconds, and try doing this subsequently for a minute or two, as long as you feel comfortable.
If it's not related to computer use, it could be stress, or lack of sleep. I've heard that any well absorbed form of Magnesium might help (like Magnesium Glycinate).
