My Wednesday night

Had a long chat with Super Agent last night, during which I became aware that over the last week, what started out being a mild character-massaging, word-polishing, clean-up rewrite has turned into a major plot revamping rewrite up to and including the excision of a significant subplot.

Sigh.

Well, today's Big TV Night recap will be a little anemic, seeing as Runway is over (sob...Daniel!) and Lost was a repeat.

Veronica: Maybe it was just me, but this episode was a little bit ho-hum. Blackmailing gay students, guys with tasers, whatever. And it was totally telegraphed that Kylie was up to something. I really didn't buy the explanation for why she did it.

The one thing that WAS interesting was trying to suss out what's going on in Logan's head. Is he actually fond of this waiflike Hannah chick, or is he just playing her to worm in closer to her dad and put the squeeze on him? I'm in favor of the latter explanation, but the former isn't impossible even given the waif's total lack of charisma, sex appeal, or apparently, a brain. You can do better, Logan.

Then I noticed that TLR had DVRd the Kim Possible movie, probably for her friend Mike (because I don't think TLR watches Kim Possible). I've watched a few episodes of Kim Possible and thought it was cute, so I watched the movie, which to my shock (shock!) ended with Kim kissing her best friend/sidekick Ron Stoppable, who is so totally the long-lost seventh Weasley boy. Who knew?

And I now have 112 userpics! Go me! I added a few new ones, including this one.
