It walked across my pillow!
TLR and I finished the first disc of "Arrested Development" last night, which makes me very happy because I can finally send it back to Netflix, seeing as I've had it for like six weeks. The nice thing about watching sitcoms on DVD is that the discs sure go by fast.
I love this show. So quotable. "I know she's a brown area! With points!" And George Michael is so adorable. And so perpetually perplexed by everything.
I'm cooking tonight. Trying out a new casserole recipe. The thing about getting into the habit of bringing my lunch is that it's making me want to make things for dinner that'll provide me with several days' worth of leftovers. Tonight I'm making this ground turkey egg noodle saucy thing. We'll see how it is. We ordered pizza last night, which we haven't done in a long time, and from Domino's, from whom we never order, but it was really good. It was super thin and crispy. We were pleased.
God. My life is dull.
But it's Big TV Night! Yahooo! "Lost" is new, but "Veronica" is still in repeats. And, of course, Teh Runway. Only one more new episode after this one, *sob*.
For those of you reading the crackfic, I had a breakthrough last night. There was this one transition that I just couldn't do. I rewrote it about four times and it wasn't right. I think I finally broke on through to the other side last night and got into the swing of the big ginormous final scene I have to write. I might have finished it last night, but it was late and I was tired. Maybe tonight. Let's hope.
