Ok. So I downloaded that "Right Now" fan vid, and it's quite awesome...except that whenever I try to watch it, it's fine for about 30 seconds and then it goes all jerky and I end up missing half of it.

Can anyone offer me wisdom on how to fix this problem?

What player are you using? Most likely need new codecs...

If that doesn't work, try a different player like VLC player, it can play anything.

what fan vid is this? haven't heard of it yet, least i don't think so...

Log a tech support ticket at protonic.com a Volunteer-run FREE Tech Support site ;) I'm a Technician there.

Try these two things -- update your player; update your codecs.

Oh, I'm so pleased that you DL'd the vid I rec'd! Sorry you're having problems viewing it, tho. Do you have the most recent version of QuickTime? I haven't had any problems watching it with that.

Me again. I found a program on my computer that could convert the QT file to a MPG file that will play on your windows media player. I've converted it, checked it, and it seems fine. If you still haven't been able to see the vid in it's QT format, let me know and I'll set up the converted vid to a site like YouSendIt so you can DL it from there.
