Sick day Tuesday

I'm home from work today. My stomach is not happy with me and I don't really know why. Saturday I had a brief four/five hour episode of crampy nausea with chills. Think we had the same, or similar, stomach bug. Glad you are feeling better.

How long did yours last? Did you spew? I haven't, but it was weirdly crampy in additional to being nausea. And it's weird that it's been kind of intermittent.

Oh yes,I spewed first thing. Then nausea off and on for about 36 hours. Only time I really wasn't nauseated was when I slept, which I did a lot of. Seems to be a 48 hour bug of some kind. I started feeling better about noon today, and started having an apetite and eating more normally, although in small amounts (just in case)..still have a little bit of mild cramping now and then but it is lessening. Still a little tired but I'm going to try and not sleep until bedtime, so I get back on routine.

Hm, the *very* same symptoms I've had today. *ponders while home from work too*

No torrential rain, either (I typically get sick like this when there is a lot of runoff from heavy rain). Strange.

That's the way I am. We have had quite a bit of rain, plus my allergies have been bad...now I'm home with the sniffles, which are more like a complete nose blockage.
