You know those ads for OnStar that feature happy people getting their cars unlocked by remote, or having their stolen cars found, or getting directions, or a tow truck, all because of the wonderful OnStar system?
The OnStar button is on the dashboard, right? Well...
How the hell do you call OnStar when you're LOCKED OUT OF YOUR CAR?
Book update: Finished the rewrite of part 3, and I managed to cut it from 48,000 words down to 38,000.
ETA: Okay, it's been pointed out that there might be an OnStar phone number. Still, I think it's a valid question of the "why is there Braille on the drive-up ATM" sort.
