I had a pretty good weekend! Nothing Halloweeny, sadly. I went to one party but that was last weekend.
Saturday I went horseback riding! One of my hiking clubs had an outing to a local farm that has a very large, extensive stable. It was great fun! After the ride my knees were killing me, though, from the unaccustomed angle they have to be at while sitting on a horse.
LOOK AT ME ON A HORSE.
The farm had quite a lot of other animals to look at, too. Chickens and deer and peacocks and...wait for it...LLAMAS. I LOVE LLAMAS SO MUCH.
Sunday I went for a 6 mile hike down in Hocking Hills, a hike I've done a million times but it never gets old. It was a tad different today, though. They must have had very strong rains or floods because there were areas of the trail that had been completely washed out. I've never seen it like that. There were some bridges that were out, even.
Prettiest photos of the day:
I was SUPPOSED to take Rachel out for sushi for her birthday Sunday night but she had something come up so we're going tomorrow. Yay, sushi.
