In case I get an interview (fingers crossed!), what are some good "name three strengths" "name three weaknesses" because you always get those questions and strengths feels like bragging and quite frankly weaknesses sound weak.

Also, personally I truly believe everything is two sides of a coin. The same trait is a strength in one aspect/area and a weakness in another.

So far I have roughed out and am afraid I will forget -

* I throw so much into things and go over the top sometimes. Ex: College Success: My friends missed me! Semesters that I taught I didn't hang out as much because I spent most nights planning lessons and practicing out loud. Also, I didn't make much money because I put so much back into the classroom with supplies. 1) Elementary Ed background was tangible and visual props etc. and 2) I could have gotten by with less but I thought they made the lesson better so I made the choice to purchase/make items or books or color slides versus black/white. Ex: AFC Scrapbook. Or in personal life my themed parties.

* Work Ethic - strength in that willing to stay late to get the job done. weakness in that I already have too much leave accumulated and know that I can burn out, so recognize I should let that go sometimes.

Optimistic/Positive (which is good when having to deal with the public and evident as I'm already planning for an interview)
Quick learner/already have transferable skills in so many of the areas listed
Awesome office decorations.
