Recommendations for plastic surgeons in the area

Im looking into getting a breast augmentation.

Has anyone had any experience (had surgery, worked for, or just knows someone) with surgeons in the area, good or bad?

Im looking for someone with a lot of experience, a good office atmosphere, obviously great work and great after care.

Also does anyone know which places give free consultations and who charges?

I looked through an online directory and there are a lot more surgeons in the area then I thought there would be which is why Im asking for opinions.
