You know what seriously sucks about being a cop? The good ol' boys network and inside politics. No sooner do I get Trick and Kim in the department, the Chief gets a call about an LA Sgt. whose being transferred to help us out. I read the files and this guy? He's cocky and does have a good record

Sharing command? If I'm lucky. He's been a Sgt. longer than me and likely to get promoted to Lt. if he makes it through a month here.

Nothing but mostly decent reports. Confident, if not a little overly so, good cop, clean record.

Only disciplinary reports are from infractions with fellow officers off duty. According to the reports? Looks like Ryan has a problem with anyone Sullivan spends personal time with.
