I got all four of my wisdom teeth taken out this week. I was worried since I'd never been put under before or had any type of surgery or anything. I know it's really minor and routine but I was still kind of freaking out. Overall it's been a pretty good experience. I've had practically no swelling so far and minimal pain (thanks to the codeine for that) and I've also been very indifferent to everything lately (also likely due to the codeine). I also liked the 3 days off work and (not that work is so bad) but sitting around in a semi-permanent state of light headedness isn't all that bad for a few days. I just miss solid food but I'm slowly going back on it. I do love mashed potatoes but I think there is such thing as having too much of a good thing...
Apparently I woke up and asked the surgeon if my other teeth were sad that their friends were gone and also where they were. I do not remember this but my mom (who was my designated driver) does...
Sadly, when I went for my follow up appointment, so did the doctor...
