So! Couple of new things. Firstly, I have a new layout thanks to sexyhandcuffs and mydiorama who customized it for my face. You'll see it over there.. off to the side. I would point but... well. You can just peek around.
Secondly, I made cupcakes! But not just any cupcakes- vanilla cupcakes with avocado frosting! No, no, you read that right. Avocado Frosting.
The avocado icing is just half an avocado thoroughly mushed up with a tsp. lemon juice, about a cup and a half of powdered sugar and half a tsp. vanilla (either sugar or extract).
And the cupcake recipe I found on all recipes.
I first made them the other week for Phong's birthday (he insisted on avocado) and they ended up being so good that I made them again. I was thinking since Linn went through all the trouble of making me such a beautiful page I should take full advantage of it and start posting again. So here's hopefully the first of many- starting with cupcakes, for all things, great and small, should start with cakes.
