Bill Wells caught
I'm not posting much on LJ these days, but more people are likely to see it here than on Dreamwidth. Keith Lynch sent me the following note:
Bill Wells just phoned me from the Alexandria Virginia jail. He was found unconscious with a skull fracture. He doesn't remember how it happened. He says he's fully recovered from that. And indeed he sounds fine. But he was identified in the hospital, and sent from there to the jail. He expects he'll be sent to Connecticut in a week or so.
I plan to visit soon. He'd also welcome visits from others.

The last I saw Bill was at Boskone, where he went right after his release from prison. He was supposed to go to a halfway house after that; instead he went on the run. Several people connected with him, including me, received visits from US marshals. The last I'd heard from him was an October post on his blog, which didn't disclose any personal details. I had no information on his whereabouts before getting this note.
