FTL and accelerating
With this week's post to Files That Last, I was expecting a slight dropoff from the surge at its debut, hopefully followed by an increase in traffic in subsequent weeks. But the first day's hits yesterday exactly matched the number for the first post, and the number of hits today has already exceeded last Wednesday's!
This may eventually lead to some serious numbers, with a hope of turning it into a long-term income source (WITHOUT obnoxious things like animated popup ads, I hope!). Already I've got a post written for next week ("Softly and suddenly vanished away") and I'm planning "You HAD mail." I'm going to keep up the every-Tuesday schedule as strictly as I can.
