um pretty good work week... starting working out twice a day now and its really paying off in my performance so hopefully ill be good for special forces soon bitches ;) umm other then that just been getin payed and livin life... found some bar in fayetteville with semi descent local bands... went and saw get rich or die tryin with hannah it was a badass movie ...then we went back to her dorm for a bit... then today i woke up and got some groceries and ran about 5 miles out through fayetteville and then showered n shave and now im waitin on some company so g o o d b y e and blessed be and all the shit haha tschuss ;)
