I think everyone is getting upset a bit too early over the prank that some juniors pulled on the seniors. From what I've heard (from Chris who was involved), it sounds like the administration is not considering revoking any of our senior priveleges. The juniors apparently asked the police for permission (odd), and the dispatcher on call said it was fine. Now the school is concerned with the police, not the students. From what I heard today, it seems like the school will only get involved if it becomes a school issue - if, for instance, the seniors choose to get revenge in the school parking lot. No one has said ANYTHING concrete about our priveleges next year; the thing that started the whole argument, as I remember, was someone saying "Man I hope we don't lose any senior priveleges." (I could be wrong, but that's what I heard.) Besides, if they did try to take something away we have a year to fight it. I'm sure all our parents would be on our side and argue for us, if we couldn't do it ourselves. Why wouldn't they press charges against the individuals themselves? They know who they are - they have pictures. I think it's too soon to get concerned about next spring when there hasn't even been a real mention of it by Pig, or any other faculty member.
Besides, I don't think the seniors are going to continue to make a big deal out of it. No harm was done; nothing was damaged or seriously interfered with (except Andria's car, yikes scary!). Also, it sounds like only a certain few seniors were seriously upset over the incident (ironically, it seems, those who didn't have cars there), and many just laughed about it. Remember, a lot of them (although of course not all of them) do stuff like that too (*cough* Tony and Matt lol). Wouldn't life get boring if no one could take a joke or a prank, like hiding tape players and setting them off at Sports' Night? People got pissed off about that too (for "disrespecting athletes" or whatever crap). If it doesn't hurt anything, it shouldn't be severely punished. Let the kids' parents deal with it; there are far bigger issues people could be concerned about. People naturally tend to overreact; it's kind of along the same lines as getting kids in English class in trouble for making a movie that might possibly be offensive to someone somewhere, when they obviously weren't being mean about it.
It's best if everyone just takes some time to cool off, then worry about the situation (if one really exists, which in this case seems unlikely).

On a different note, ice cream cake making party tomorrow! Bring your stuff!!
