I had a long, busy weekend that totally ruled all over the place.
On Thursday, after hanging out with Jim at the radio station after he got out of work, we headed to the mall to look at puppies, and then I met Dan there and he and I headed to Nibil's for wing night. Lots of yummy wings, fries, and laughs were had.
Friday Jim and I went out to lunch at the diner, and then I headed to work from 2:00-10:00. After work I headed to Jim's, where we hung out and played Boggle for a little, and then I headed home. We were both super exhausted.
Saturday I had work from 9:30-6:00, where I got to see
Marisa and Gary, which was super cool. I thought Jim and I were going to have a relaxing night after I got out of work, but after chilling at his house for a little and not being able to figure out what we wanted to do, we headed to the mall to go to Chili's. There was a wait so we went to walk around, and wound up running into Tedesco and his friends Jay and Heather. We all wound up at Chili's together, and then Dikran met up with us there. We went to some party afterwards, but we left shortly (read: 2 minutes) after we got there, and headed to Diamond Jim's. After pool we called it a night, and I wound up staying over Jim's house because I had work the next morning anyway.
We got up an hour early because we forgot about daylight savings, so we layed around for a bit and then I headed to work. I stopped by Claire's and got a cat ears/tail set. All day I got to stand outside the store and give chocolate to little kids that were dressed up (they have trick-or-treating at the mall), and it was sooo cute and fun. So many cute kids, and a few stupid snotty ones that weren't even dressed up. The good definitely outweighed the bad.
After work, I went to the bank to drop off the deposit, got some gasoline, and then headed to Jim's. We were going to go trick-or-treating but wound up just hanging out with his parents, drinking coffee and playing Boggle (haha we're soooo cool). We wound up going to Diamond Jim's for a game and a half of pool, and then I slept over again.
We got up early today because Jim had work, so we drove back to Westchester in separate cars and got to sit in nice 287 traffic for a while. Blegh. I was tempted to go back to sleep when I got back to my room, and I still am, but I haven't yet. I have to write an essay for my history class tonight, and study a bit even though my midterm is all open-book.
Tomorrow I'm going home to get my votin' on, and chill for a little I guess. Last time I went home my voter registration card hadn't come yet, so I hope it's there now. That would suck if not.
My school has the most bland alfredo sauce everrrr.
