I love...
List of things I love:
-ONTD. It just really tickles my fancy. I look forward to it everyday.
-My High School Musical sweater with the Wild Cat emblem emblazened onto both sides of the hood. I don't care what anyone says privately about my sweater(s) (I have the visitors and home game jackets. different colors. hahaha) but publicly everyone comments on them and says they love them.
-Friends who stick up for other friends. It's a rare thing in this world. They deserve the most love.
-My mother. No one is as funny as her, or as tolerant and open as she is. She deserves some kind of prize.
-My siblings. Yes, all three of them but one pisses me off royally this past year like no other. But she still gets love.
-Old friends. I'm always reminded of them while seeing something in the store they might like or an old joke or something.
-My ipod. I didn't realize how attached I was until I think my mother stepped on it and came out of my room going, "Um..your ipod is on.." Yeah, right whore. You stepped on it without looking.
-Lolita. I've had my serious Lolita obsession for about three years now. So fascinating. Read the book if you haven't, or see the 1998 version directed by Adrian Lyne. Better than Stanley Kubrick's from 1962.
-The Outsiders. Nothing says tears like listening to "Stay Gold" by Stevie Wonder. How does someone read a book or hear a story/see a movie and come up with THE BEST song adaptation ever?! It makes me want to take a dagger to the heart because I realize its hard to achieve that sort of art.
-Dark rooms. Full of peace and fulfillment, even though its time-consuming. The wait and anticipation make it so worth it in the end. I wish I had friends who would work in their with me, but I'm the only one using film. :(
